Feedback Done Right: Taking the Fear Factor Out is the headline topic at the June 26 DLE Meetup, where learning and networking unite for a powerful professional development experience.
DLE members Jacob Heath of CompuWorks, Josh Brilliant of General Dynamics Mission Systems and Jamie Laprade of Interprint–all volunteer planners for the June event–will lead large and small group discussions on components underlying the fear factor in giving and receiving feedback and actions that can overcome these communication barriers.
The program runs from 5:30-6:45 PM and will be held in the intimate setting of the DLE HQ office in downtown Pittsfield. Attendance is capped at 16 to ensure ample opportunity for networking and interaction.
