Meetups

New for 2023! This new learning and networking program responds directly to our members’ feedback from the 2023 Direction Survey indicating opportunities to meet others, grow networks, build skills and broaden perspectives are both valued and needed.

Designed for an intimate, interactive and supportive experience, these in-person sessions are held at the DLE HQ on a bi-monthly basis. Through facilitated discussions, participants receive coaching while building connections with the goal of supporting professional development goals.

Culture Chat

The one-hour DLE Culture Chat is a business-oriented, open forum that examines trending changes and challenges in today’s workplace. This moderated, one-hour exchange engages multiple perspectives through a moderated format that promotes respectful conversations with actionable takeaways. More interactive than a webinar, the program unites accomplished professionals from various backgrounds. Topics of exploration include virtual collaboration, allyship, magnetic cultures, career pivots and leading with compassion. Registration is free.

Ownership Workshop

Subject matter experts share their research, tools and playbooks in high impact training programs, designed to expand your capability to lead, inspire and achieve career ownership. Question and answer opportunities supplement formal presentations to help you gain the clarity and confidence to actively manage your career. Registration includes a modest fee.

This 24/7 learning platform is stocked with podcasts and videos curated from live DLE programs. More than 50 hours of content on essential skills and leadership behaviors for career success are available on demand. Access is free.

HUB Newsletter

Stay in the know about DLE people, programs, hot reads and popular polls with our biweekly newsletter, the HUB. Fresh, lively and informative, the HUB is automatically delivered to members’ inboxes when they complete the complimentary DLE membership form.

Career Counseling

For more personalized, tailored support, coaching is available to evaluate resumes, prep for interviews, support negotiations, explore graduate degrees, start businesses and guide career moves. Periodic discussions in one-on-one and small group settings help select members make sound decisions about job and career transitions. Fee is situation dependent.

Leadership Immersion

Success in the hybrid workplace demands new capabilities and critical thinking, which is exactly what you will gain at the DLE Leadership Immersion. Join business experts of international distinction in an immersive professional development program held in the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts. 

This in-person forum is designed for emerging and established leaders from diverse industries and disciplines. Sessions are structured for a high degree of interactivity and lively dialogue.

Community Outreach

Core to our mission is giving back to help others move forward. Participate in our year-round volunteer projects with Berkshire-based, nonprofit and government organizations with well-established missions to change lives and communities for the better.

Breakfast Club

The DLE Breakfast Club features a free-flow exchange and social networking in a virtual setting about topics that promote personal well-being and professional growth. For 60 minutes, this intimately sized group experience sparks meaningful insights and connections. Practice skills and hear different views from creative and curious professionals in an environment that warmly welcomes newcomers and regulars. Registration is free.
