The DLE has received an exciting professional development offer exclusively created to help entrepreneurs in our member community gain business agility.
Soil of Commerce—a learning organization co-hosted by the Berkshire Innovation Center and Teal Education Partners, an agile consultancy based in Williamstown, MA—is offering up to five scholarships to a Business Agility program that will improve business acumen, innovation and operational proficiency.
Called the DLE Start Kit, this 60-day, self-paced program features agile-coach-supported introduction for learners and doers who want to learn how to practice business agility by learning the foundational tools, patterns and mindset of Agile to enhance their leadership practices.
“This kit will guide participants to build Agile teams, Agile organizations and personal agility,” explains Simon Holzapfel, Co-Founder of Teal Education Partners and Exec. Dir./Founder of Copper Beech Co. Simon serves on the Executive Board of Boston University’s Agile Innovation Lab, which is coordinating this exclusive DLE offer.
The five DLE-earmarked scholarships are made possible through underwriting by Boston University. Notes Simon, “This is a remarkable learning opportunity for someone open to new ways of doing things as they build their enterprise.”
The program runs from March 1 through April 30. Your time investment will be approximately one hour a week. A flexible schedule is offered.
