This week, the DLE hosted an in-person Meetup with the topic of "Holding Yourself and Others Accountable." Participants broke into groups to share their experiences and ideas on three key questions:
1. Do you find it hard to hold other people accountable? Why? 2. In what ways do you act differently when you’re holding someone else accountable vs. yourself? 3. What outcomes have you experienced from a lack of accountability by coworkers?
