2023 HIGHLIGHTS: IN-PERSON RETURNS, LISTENING SESSION DEBUTS, NETWORKING IGNITES

Hundreds of new connections were forged through dozens of diverse learning and networking programs as the DLE’s commitment to help people and their communities soar reached a major milestone in 2023: 15 years strong! 

The celebratory year opened big as we returned to in-person events with the debut of Meetups in the intimate setting of the DLE HQ in downtown Pittsfield. Introduced as a catalyst to continue conversations initiated at the 2022 DLE Leadership Immersion, Meetups offer high interaction through group discussion and breakouts about trending topics selected by DLE members. The supportive atmosphere encourages respectful dialogues where different perspectives promote new thinking and skills.

Simultaneously, virtual exchanges united DLE members from across the U.S. and beyond through the popular Culture Chat program and Ownership Workshops. Guest speakers included best-selling author and corporate executive Daphne E. Jones, who joined us just months after the publication of her debut book, Win When They Say You Won’t. 

Rare in the professional development sphere is the DLE’s fee-free policy, made possible through sustained underwriting of Dulye & Co. consultancy, originator of the Spectator-Free™ workplace. Dulye & Co. celebrated a milestone year as well, turning 25 in 2023. Achievements continued for DLE founder Linda Dulye, who received high honors from Girls Inc. with her selection for the She Knows Where She’s Going Leadership Award.
