DLE Founder and President, Linda Dulye, has been selected as the recipient of the prestigious 2023 “She Knows Where She’s Going” Award by Girls Inc. of the Berkshires for her philanthropic spirit and involvement in the community.
Melissa Mazzeo, President of the Girls Inc. of the Berkshires Executive Board, states that, “we are honored to award this year’s ‘She Knows Where She’s Going’ award to Linda. She is the exact role model we look for in our search each year. She is a hardworking successful business owner, as well as a community leader and activist. These are the traits we want our scholarship winners to emulate as they create their own paths.”
For 31 years, the annual Ruth P. Boraski award has celebrated women who make a difference in the Berkshires and serve as role models for young girls. This year’s award will be presented on May 4th at Proprietor’s Lodge in the Berkshires (home of the DLE Leadership Immersion). In addition to recognizing Linda’s commitment to and impact on the Berkshire community, this special event acknowledges excellence in young women from local high schools by awarding scholarships to assist them as they continue their education.
The May 4th Girls Inc. special event begins at 5 PM. Click here to purchase tickets!
Growing up in her parents’ commercial printing and newspaper businesses sparked the entrepreneurial spirit that guided Linda to establish Dulye & Co., an award winning consultancy specializing in creating magnetic team cultures. Currently celebrating its 25th-year anniversary, Dulye & Co. has guided General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, Rolls-Royce, United Technologies, Bobcat, Thermo Fisher Scientific and other respected organizations to achieve Spectator-Free Workplaces™ where relationships and results thrive.
Linda’s passion for giving back to the community inspired her to launch the Dulye Leadership Experience (DLE) in 2008, a member-guided professional development organization which has inspired career success for thousands of rising leaders worldwide. Through Linda’s financial underwriting, the DLE offers fee-free workshops, meetups, and networking events year-round, as well as a magnetic culture that brings diverse people together. In 2022, six DLE members were among the winners of the prestigious 40 Under 40 Berkshires Awards.
