FINAL COUNTDOWN FOR LEADERSHIP IMMERSION REGISTRATION

      September 14, 2022

It’s your last chance to register to become a more effective leader and develop your authentic style with coaching from acclaimed leadership experts at the DLE’s 2022 Leadership Immersion.

Registration for this world-class professional development program ends Thursday, Sept. 15. Seating is limited to 45 to ensure direct access and high engagement with internationally recognized authors, scholars and executive coaches and a cohort of diverse, motivated professionals from diverse backgrounds and organizations.

This exclusive learning and networking experience takes place Nov. 4-5 at the Proprietor’s Lodge lakeside venue in the Berkshires of Massachusetts.

Sessions and interactive exercises will address techniques for confidently leading open, two-way communications, providing constructive feedback, building relationships, keeping team members engaged and motivated, and promoting well-being, particularly through times of staffing shortages and stress.

Unique to this program is the size of the cohort—just 45 people, which ensures direct access to every speaker and attendee. Speakers will be engaged with attendees throughout the entire duration of the program. Another distinctive feature.

This is a highly interactive learning and networking experience. No spectators!  Attendees are full-in—required to attend all sessions, participate in all breakout exercises and leave with an action plan for applying new techniques at their workplace.

Summer break is over. Double down on the skills that inspire others and advance you. Aptly summed up by entrepreneur and enthusiastic DLE ally Lenny Light, Vice President of Lenco Armored Vehicles, “Professional skills require time and attention. If you treat your day job like a chore, it’ll always be work. If you treat your job like a skill worth honing, you’ll identify and improve the elements of that job that inspire you.”
