BABIES ARE US! THE DLE’S NEWEST GENERATION LEADERS

Over the summer, three DLE Advisory Board members welcomed new family members. Each of them shares a glimpse of next generation DLE leaders.

JOE DELSOLDATO, VP, Relationship Manager-MyBanker, Berkshire Bank

Joe and Heather DelSoldato’s second daughter Quinn Catherine was born on July 15, arriving at 7 pounds and 14 ounces, and 19 3/4 inches long. Joe beams with excitement about his growing family. “My three-year-old daughter is enjoying being a big sister. I got to enjoy a month off from work and got some quality family time in.”

MICHELLE LOPEZ, Executive Director, Berkshire Immigrant Center

Michelle and Raider Lopez welcomed son Dante Michael Lopez, their first child, on June 22. Michelle admits everyone, including the family pooch Lula, have been shy on sleep. However, Lula loves licking Dante’s feet while he’s on his play mat. Dante has had a busy summer meeting DLE members, Michelle and Raider’s coworkers and lots of friends and family. The family is looking forward to an October trip when, reveals Michelle, “we will be taking Dante on his first airplane ride and international trip to Cuba to visit his paternal grandmother, godmother and family friends.” She adds, “Dante will most likely be making an appearance at the DLE Leadership Immersion in November!”

BEN O’SHAUGHNESSY, Co-Founder, Sunshine Group

Ben and Bryanna O’Shaughnessy welcomed their second son, August Michael, on July 3, debuting at 8 pounds, 13 ounces. Ben beams that August “was born an incredibly healthy little boy and even lets us sleep a bit at night.” Two-year-old brother Henry is adjusting to the changes, “but loves to give his brother gentle hugs and kisses. We have taken as much time as we can away from our business this summer to enjoy this special time.”
