DLE Advisory Board member and filmmaker Aleah Marrow has recently added to her achievements. Her short film “Wish Hill” has been accepted into two more film festivals. In an update about her achievements, Aleah exclaims:
“It’s truly awesome. The first film festival I was selected into is called the Micheaux Film Festival. Held in LA, the festival is sponsored by Sony Pictures and the Oprah Winfrey Network. The festival, which had its largest number of submissions ever this year, celebrates indie filmmaking.
The second festival I was selected into is the New York International Film Awards, located in the heart of Manhattan. This is an IMDb-qualifying festival as was the festival I won an award for. So I’m feeling pretty good!”
