February 9, 2022The new year brings transitions to the DLE Advisory Board with the arrival of Joe DelSoldato, Vice President, Relationship Manager-MyBanker, at Berkshire Bank.
Joe brings extensive experience in relationship management and creating meaningful customer connections to the DLE. With over 15 years in the banking industry, Joe says that he thrives on delivering top-notch customer service.
In his role at Berkshire Bank, Joe provides services to the Western Massachusetts market that include a single point of contact for banking needs, exceptional service and free financial counseling service to help customers navigate through their next big financial life stage.
Beyond banking, Joe serves as the president of the Berkshire County Chapter of Ducks Unlimited, and is treasurer for The Western Massachusetts Duck Hunters Association. He is a former board member of the Berkshire Adult Baseball League.
He holds his bachelor’s degree in business from Westfield State University. He is a graduate of Monument Mountain High and lives locally in the Berkshires.
When not working with his clients, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughter, duck hunting and pitching in games at the Berkshire Adult Baseball League.
The diversity of the DLE community is of particular interest to Joe. “I’m looking forward to getting to know the members and the different backgrounds and experiences they bring to the organization. I also look forward to sharing my financial knowledge.”
The DLE Advisory Board thanks Cam Besse for his long-time service. Cam, an original board member since the board’s formation in December 2019, has stepped down.
