Giving back is a core belief of the Dulye Leadership Experience. It also is a mission that we have heartfully exercised in 2021, completing four community service projects supporting the beautification of downtown Pittsfield (MA)–the homebase for the DLE.
Dozens of DLE members gave their time and energy as project volunteers. We’re looking to widen that circle significantly–which is why we have introduced the DLE Give Back Challenge.
From now until the end of the year, we encourage everyone in our extraordinary DLE community to give back where they live.
Here’s how the challenge works.
First, find a local organization or community cause to support as a volunteer.
Next, record yourself alone or with a group of friends volunteering in your community. Include your name, where you are, how you are involved with the DLE and how you are giving back.
Then, upload that video to your social media and tag and challenge your friends, coworkers or family members to do the same.
Finally, be sure to tag the DLE so we can see who is participating!
