The DLE continues to explore new ways to connect community members with new learning resources and extraordinary people for professional development. We broke new ground in January 2021 by producing a Virtual Comedy Hour that roused robust laughs and camaraderie from coast-to-coast.
Since then, we’ve launched a new website for easier access to our program calendar and registration. We’ve reinforced our commitment to our Berkshire home base through the volunteer spirit of DLE members participating in Downtown Pittsfield’s Cleanup Program. And, at a time when the opportunity to learn new skills has been limited, we have created more than 21 hours of new, fee-free content for skills sharpening on the DLE YouTube Channel.

Regardless of location, industry or title, the DLE brings people together through innovative, inclusive experiences that expand mindsets and networks. As one of our DLE Committee volunteers recently declared, “It has given me new points of view to bring back to my work.”
