Coordinating this program are DLE Community Members Sheryl Owen, Kaled Rocha, Aleah Marrow and Krystle Blake, who will facilitate breakout sessions about calibrating your Energy In and Energy Out, as well as adopting disciplines for keeping free time for yourself.
Friday’s event responds directly to DLE members’ requests for more health and wellness programming. Karden brings impressive credentials to what promises to be a relevant, lively conversation. He uses a signature integrative approach in his practices, drawing from a variety of modalities—including bodywork, therapeutic massage and mindfulness training.
For more than eight years, Karden has been a health and wellness experience leader at Windham Mountain’s Adaptive Sports Foundation, where he designs and leads special programs for veterans. A graduate of Skidmore College and the Finger Lakes School of Massage, he has taught at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health—recognized as the nation’s leader in yoga.
