KATE LAUZON: CHANNELING WELL-BEING FROM THE CHALLENGES OF BEING A NEW HOMEOWNERDecember 9, 2020
For the first time ever, the DLE will feature a live demonstration at our popular Breakfast Club program.
On the menu is a live baking demonstration with two-time cookbook author Dayna Altman, who is the special culinary guest at Holiday Kitchen Traditions from the DLE, starting at 7:00 am ET on Dec. 4. Bake along with Dayna or watch as she explains the easy-to-follow steps of her Oreo Truffles recipe. A passionate mental health entrepreneur, Dayna’s latest book—Mix. Melt. Mend. Owning My Story & Finding My Freedom—bridges her love of baking with mental health storytelling.
This special event also features holiday-themed breakout sessions with resident cooks, bakers and food entrepreneurs from the DLE community. Pre-select your group and learn to create Snowball Chocolate Chip Cookies with Dayna, To-Die-For Spicy Cranberry Relish with versatile chef Kate Lauzon or Christmas Spiced Cranberry Smoothie with BLENDi Founder Jon Katz.
Virtual seats will be limited to 30 to ensure interactivity, especially during breakout sessions. Dodge the rush and register now to secure your breakout of choice by clicking here.
A BONUS awaits for attendees: You’ll receive a PDF copy of the first edition DLE Holiday Cookbook.
Get a sneak peek of the tasty servings from Dayna, Kate and Jon in video vignettes on the DLE Facebook, DLE Instagram or DLE YouTube Channel.
