The gratitude continues from members of the DLE Advisory Board, who share their appreciation to our uplifting community of members, alumni and volunteers for helping the DLE advance during this year of immeasurable uncertainty.
I am filled with deep gratitude at how much love and support the DLE Community has brought to my life in 2020. Each and every one of you has impacted me in so many ways, and I’m constantly in awe at the strength and resilience each of you holds.
Having you as part of this community brings a smile to my face, and I’m lucky to have such great connections with all of you. Enjoy the rest of your year, and make sure to rest up for what will certainly be an interesting 2021!

2020 has been a year of uncertainty for everyone, but for the DLE it has also been a year of GROWTH and CHANGE—and all for the better.
Every community member, alumni and volunteer has helped make this year the best yet for the DLE, and for that I thank you. Here’s to 2021, and even more success for the DLE and its entire community!
– Kalee Carmel, Account Manager, CompuWorks, Pittsfield, MA
Thank you to each and every member of the DLE Community. This year has brought forth unexpected challenges. But through them all, this community has adapted and flourished more than we could have ever expected.
Thank you for all of your feedback, participation and perspectives. Thank you for your vulnerability and honesty. The DLE would not be what it is today without each and every one of you, and I am forever grateful to be a part of this community. Thank you for all of your support, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for the DLE!
– Anna Worley, Systems Engineer, General Dynamics Missions Systems, Cheshire, MA
Without the DLE community, 2020 would have been a challenging year to manage. We wouldn’t have reached more than 300 new people in a year where networking became almost impossible. 2021 is going to be a great year because of the great people that make up the DLE community.
