DRAINED BY YOUR CALENDAR? ACCOMPLISH A LOT AT THE NEXT CULTURE CHAT

      November 4, 2020

Find ways to overcome the drain of always being busy at the Nov. 13 Culture Chat, “Recharge Your Battery: Understand Your Energy and How It Relates to Your Time Management,” starting at Noon ET. This is the first of a two-part program to improve your time management practices and get better control of your calendar—and self-care—for 2021.

Consultant Ben O’Shaughnessy, who specializes in time management training, will kick off a two-part program with a look at factors that impede effective time management and strategies for managing them. Following Ben’s 15-minute opening presentation, small-group breakouts will be held with facilitated discussion about minimizing distractions and zapping routines that consume calendars.

Participants will leave the one-hour program with one action item they can use to improve their time management through the month, an assessment for calibrating the impact of their time management on personal energy consumption and a buddy group for staying connected and accountable.

This learn, apply and stay accountable format for the Culture Chat has been designed by program-planning team members Sheryl Owen, Kaled Rocha, Krystle Blake and Marcus Coleman to enhance both the learning and networking aspects of Culture Chat. Part 2 of the program–scheduled for Dec. 11 at noon ET—will address the energy gains achieved from better time management, which directly connect with mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.

Accomplish a lot in an hour! Register here to enhance your self-care.

There is no charge to register for Culture Chat, thanks to the sustained sponsorship of Dulye & Co.
