Cory McCarthy, the Chief Equity Officer at Everett (MA) Public Schools who was honored by the Massachusetts State House Black and Latino Legislative Caucus for his work with black and brown students, will provide a guideline for identifying what equity means in your workplace and how you can create an impact to build a safe workplace environment that benefits everyone.
